Coming Back to Okay
Fast self-care for a body that's had enough
2.5 hours Groups Available to host
Two and a half hours of self-touch, breath and body awareness — practical skills for settling a nervous system quickly.
Half teaching, half practising on yourself. No partner work, no hands-on from me. You can pause or step out at any point, without explanation.
What people leave with
- A sequence you can run on yourself in a few minutes
- The difference between meeting a sensation and trying to get rid of it
- Work with the jaw, throat and belly — where a great deal of holding lives, and where most self-care teaching stops short
- A list of where these practices come from, to carry on with
How it can run
Both of these are the same class: a scheduled session, with a group, live.
In person. How it was built to work, and still the best version — a room, bodies in it, me able to see what’s actually happening.
Live over Zoom. A scheduled class with a group, run remotely. It survives the trip better than you’d think: everything in it is self-applied anyway, so there was never anything that needed me in the room with you.
If you’d rather go slower and on your own time, that’s the library — same material, different pace.
Who it fits
Groups of any of these: staff, volunteers, community groups, or people who’ve simply signed up on their own. It adapts. Tell me who’ll be in the room and I’ll tell you what would fit.
